Inscription reads;
To the memory of Prudence Weiley the wife of William Weiley of Kilnsea who departed this life ( ? ) June 1833.
Parish Register; 1833 June 10th Prudence Wiley, Widow 87 years.
This stone was one of the headstones also raised from Kew Villa at Kilnsea, it had been used as a footpath but was moved by the SKEALS group and is now in Easington Churchyard. To read more about the recovery of these gravestones, please click here.
