This month the ten photographs in the gallery were taken at the one-day exhibition put on at the Patrington Village Hall by the National Grid.
The exhibition showed some of the many artefacts recovered by the archaeologists working along the route of the Easington to Ganstead gas pipeline. From the not-so-old to the very very old the exhibition gave a taste of the fascinating world which lies just below the surface of the world we think we know so well.
